SUBMISSION

Proposals should preferably address one or more of the following sub-themes:
environmental education and curriculum developmentoutreach programmessustainable management of water resources (water harvesting, greywater reclamation and reuse, etc..)energy efficiency and green energysolid waste/ hazardous waste/ toxic waste managementfood services and food securitybiodiversity conservation and habitat restorationland use managementgreen buildingsgreen purchasingsustainable transportationintegration of technology for campus sustainabilityThe abstract must be written in English and contain a brief aim of the work, the main results obtained, and the conclusions drawn.The name of the presenting author must appear first on the list of authors.The abstract body should be 500 words max.Please avoid double submission. Notification of Abstract Acceptance
The submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and then the corresponding author will be notified of the paper’s acceptance or rejection by the date mentioned in the important dates section.
Full Paper Submission
Once the abstract is accepted, we request you to complete your registration as soon as possible to secure your presentation on the final conference program.
The final paper should be submitted by the deadline and in case of any revisions, we will intimate you the date by which the revised paper should be submitted.

Presentation Types
Oral Presentation
Equipment for projection of PowerPoint presentations onto a single screen will be available in the venue.Poster Presentation
You will be allocated a space in Poster Presentation Area at the summit where you can post visual materials and offer in-person commentary and discussion. Presenting authors for posters will be requested to be available during this discussion time.* Notes:
Authors (oral /poster) are responsible for the registration, travel and accommodationAll abstracts accepted for presentation (oral /poster) will be published in the Conference Abstract Book or CD and distributed to attendees. Selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in the book on Green Campus.Papers received after the deadline cannot be accepted and therefore will not be considered for the program or publication.GCS-2013 Poster
